Package description

Order process for B2B customers with: 

  • Configurable item search: error-tolerant search, configurable fields (item name, description text, item number, CAS number), filtering of search results via filter categories
  • Real-time retrieval of item pricing information and inventory/availability queries to S/4HANA or ERP 
  • Retrieval of additional documents such as specification, instructions for use, safety data sheet, certificates of analysis 
  • Order transmission to SAP backend 
  • 360° order overview: display of all orders – including those received via e-mail and telephone, for example, and entered directly in the SAP backend
  • Live/remote support in the portal by support or sales staff, e.g. assistance with order processes

Portal functions and self-service:

  • Transfer of customers and contacts from S/4HANA or ERP to the portal
  • Customer self-management, e.g. creation of buyers in the portal
  • Document inbox for: Invoices, delivery bill, price lists and condition sheets
  • Product Information Management System:  
    • Consolidation of product information from S/4HANA / ERP and other sources. 
    • Management of media data e.g., product images, product specifications, price lists, safety data sheets
  • Content Management System: 
    • Provision of editorial content and intuitive editing directly on the website
