4. Data-driven business models
“Every company will eventually become a data company”. We enable our customers to take the step towards data-driven business models by using Google Cloud products for:
- Collecting data
- Analyzing data
- Monetizing data
We understand collecting against the background of large amounts of data. In e-commerce, this can include transactional data such as order fulfillments, chronological snapshots of inventory or web interaction data. But it is also conceivable to record data from a wide variety of touchpoints, e.g. IoT sensor data.
The data collected can be analyzed, visualized or used as the basis for ML models, which can then be used to make predictions, detect anomalies, increase conversion rates or generally improve customer satisfaction.
