A very special Christmas party – an unforgettable 3-course menu

Our Christmas party this year was a celebration full of joy and culinary delights. We experienced a special event with a pinch of creativity and collaboration.

The event began with an informative all-hands meeting where we celebrated the successes of the past year and got an outlook on the challenges ahead.

Afterwards, we went to the kitchen studio at Fraunhoferstrasse, as we had the pleasure of preparing a 3-course menu in teamwork.

The menu:

As a starter, there was lemongrass soup with fried black tiger prawns and wasabi sauce as well as a small salad and homemade rolls. The main course then included a trio of carrots with risotto and roasted beef fillet with orange and port wine sauce. Dessert rounded off our menu with a vanilla cupcake, flambéed pineapple and vanilla ice cream.

Under the guidance of an experienced chef from Switzerland, we learned new techniques and discovered our passion for cooking. 🙂

The cooking teams were set up differently than the usual project teams of our everyday work. This way, everyone got to know each other a little better and the atmosphere was characterized by enthusiasm and creativity. It was wonderful to see everyone trying their best to prepare dishes full of flavor and love.

Our Christmas party with a self-cooked 3-course meal was a complete success and will certainly go down as a highlight in our company’s history. It was a time of learning, creating together and celebrating that we will remember for a long time.
