INTERVIEW STEPS

Initial Call:

• You will learn everything important about codeitlabs and you have the opportunity to introduce yourself.
• The call includes HR and basic questions, lasts about an hour and takes place via teams.
• In order to query your technical know-how in this first step, five technical questions await you here. You will therefore need a computer for this Interview (not possible on a mobile phone)
• After this call you will be informed within a few days whether you have progressed to the second round, i.e. the “Technical Interview”.

Technical Interview:

•  … your technical know-how is in focus!
• Only technical questions and more detailed information about our current projects await you here. You will therefore also need a computer for this interview (not possible on a mobile phone).
• It lasts about an hour and takes place via Teams. Be prepared that the conversation may take place in English.
• After this interview, you will be informed within a few days whether you have also successfully mastered this round. An appointment for the last meeting, i.e. the “Alignment Call”, is agreed.

Alignment Call:

• … it’s time to agree on the last important details regarding your start date and the creation of your contract.
• The call takes place either via teams or in our offices in Obersendling.
